Pesto & Feta Ravioli

5 minute lunch that tastes like you put in way more effort than you actually did.
Ingredients
- cheese ravioli4 ea
- pesto50 g
- reserved pasta water — ½ cup125 ml
- feta100 g
- salt1 ea
Method
- Cook your ravioli in salted water according to the packet instructions. Before draining, reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
- Mix the pesto with the reserved pasta water, then toss through the cooked ravioli.
- Finish with plenty of crumbled feta and a little salt.
