Ingredients
- Potatoes1000 g
- Nuttelex Buttery Light Spread40 g
- Milk100 ml
- Olive oil20 ml
- Brown onion200 g
- Beef mince500 g
- Garlic10 g
- Ground cumin4 g
- Tinned chopped tomatoes400 g
- Gravox Brown Onion Gravy Mix Tin MIX BROWN ONION10 g
- Water200 ml
Method
- Peel and chop 1kg potatoes, boil until tender, then mash with 40g Nuttelex Buttery Light Spread (specialIndex 12) and a splash of milk.
- Heat 20ml olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add 200g brown onion, chopped, and cook until softened.
- Add 500g beef mince and brown it.
- Stir in 10g garlic, minced, and 4g ground cumin.
- Add 400g tinned chopped tomatoes and 10g Gravox Brown Onion Gravy Mix (specialIndex 1).
- Add 200ml water or beef stock, bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef mince over the mashed potatoes.
