John West Tuna Onion & Tomato Savoury Sauce425 g
Edgell Sweet Corn Kernels300 g
Grated tasty cheese100 g
Spring onions40 g
Mayonnaise80 g

Vegetable oil20 ml

Method

Drain 1 can (425g) John West Tuna Onion & Tomato Savoury Sauce (71) and flake into a bowl.
Drain 300g tinned sweetcorn (18) and add to the tuna.
Add 100g grated tasty cheese and 40g spring onions, chopped.
Mix in 80g mayonnaise (19) and 1 egg.
Season with salt and pepper.
Form the mixture into 8 patties.
Heat 20ml vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.
Serve with a side salad or crusty bread.
